Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

I run a small business, and every appointment is carefully scheduled to ensure I can give my best to each client. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to fill spots, so I have a strict but fair policy in place.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the full session fee being absorbed. No exceptions. You can only reschedule an appointment once, provided that you notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will be automatically cancelled, and the total fee will be absorbed. I simply won’t have enough time to deliver the quality of care you deserve.

Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be paid for upfront via the booking system to confirm your spot.

  • Myotherapy sessions are eligible for private health rebates, which you can claim using the invoice I provide.

I appreciate your understanding—this policy allows me to continue offering the best care possible while keeping my schedule fair for everyone. Thank you for valuing my time as much as I value yours.

Referral policy for new male clients

My practice is primarily centred around supporting women, mothers, and families. I welcome men into the clinic when there is an existing relationship, a trusted referral, or clear professional alignment.

For new male clients, a referral from an existing client, practitioner, or trusted professional is preferred. This is not about exclusion — it is about safety, integrity, and ensuring mutual respect in a therapeutic space that is deeply intimate by nature.

If you do not have a referral, you are welcome to contact me via email prior to booking. Please briefly introduce yourself, how you came across my work, and what you are seeking support with. This allows me to assess whether I am the right practitioner for you.

By contacting or booking with me, you acknowledge that I am a registered myotherapist and holistic practitioner. I do not provide sexual services, erotic bodywork, or anything beyond what is clearly described in my offerings. Any inappropriate communication — online, over the phone, or in person — will result in immediate refusal of service and cancellation of your booking.

I appreciate your understanding that these boundaries are in place to protect my work, my clients, and the integrity of the healing space.

Requirements & considerations

  • A history and consent form will be sent out to you when you make a booking online. Make sure you have filled and signed these prior to your treatment so that I can make alterations if needed. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please also let me know.

  • Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so that we have time to go over any questions you may have about the facilities, go to the bathroom, understand sauna rules, etc. By doing this, we can start your appointment on time.

  • When you use the infrared sauna, the whole room is at your disposal. You are in your own privacy. You will not be sharing the space with others which makes for a better experience.

  • I cannot take cash payments mainly because I don’t carry change ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
