Hi, I’m Stefanie Kiymet Iverson—bodyworker, space-holder, and storyteller of the nervous system.
For over a decade, I’ve worked at the meeting point of science and spirit—where fascia, fluid, breath, and energy meet. My practice blends myotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, breathwork (pranayama), sound therapy, Spinal Attunement, and deep nervous system care. I work hands-on, heart-open, and with no crazy jargon— offering individualised sessions designed to meet you right where you are.
My roots are Turkish and American, and I carry a deep respect for the healing rituals passed through bloodlines, breath, and touch. Whether I’m guiding you through stillness with Tibetan bowls, helping you move through trauma via your tissues, or teaching you the lost art of Turkish coffee divination—I’m here to remind you that your body is wise, your breath is present, and healing doesn’t need to be pretty to be real.
I’m not interested in quick fixes. I’m here for the slow work—the honest, gritty, sometimes uncomfortable unraveling that leads to true regulation, repair, and restoration.
This work isn’t linear. It’s layered, personal, and often unexpected. I don’t do formulas—I listen, I adapt, and I bring my full presence into every session. That’s the real offering.
